Condo 373 is a modern San Felipe Vacation Rental located in El Dorado Ranch with travertine floors throughout. A short flight of stairs down leads to the first-floor living room with comfortable chairs and a flat-screen

TV. Two bedrooms on the first floor each have a queen bed and individual doors opening to an outdoor wraparound patio, with a shower-bath combo and his-and-her sinks completing this level.

The grand master bedroom on the second floor overlooks the swimming pool and features a private bathroom with an independent bathtub, shower, and his-and-her sinks, plus a generous walk-in closet. A second living room on the second floor with a sectional couch and coffee table sits right across from the kitchen, which is accessorized with pots, pans, silverware, and a GE side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests with 6 pool passes only (children 12 and under free).

Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a $400 utility deposit. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in this community (exception for race participants). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
