Condo 531 is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath San Felipe Vacation Rental located in La Ventana Del Mar, the prime section of El Dorado Ranch, close to all amenities including swimming pool, tennis courts, and golf course.

The sleek kitchen with island features state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinets, and granite finishing with three bar chairs. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room by the entrance. The home is furnished in subdued tropical colors, creating an open yet welcoming modern style.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the guest room has two twin beds, sleeping 4 guests comfortably (up to 6 with airbeds). Sit on the balcony and watch the sunset, or stroll down to the beach. El Dorado Ranch has 24-hour patrolled security and a two-car attached garage for parking. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests with 4 pool passes only (children 12 and under free).

Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar (exception for race teams).

Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
