Condo 673 (Casa Helena) is a beautiful beach villa San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the gated community of El Dorado Ranch, just steps from the beautiful white sandy beach that leads to the Sea of Cortez.

The split-level design provides plenty of space to mingle while also offering privacy when you need it. The house is fully air-conditioned.

The master bedroom on the upper floor has a queen bed, wooden bedside tables with luxury lamps, a private bathroom with a shower, hot tub, his-and-her sinks, a walk-in closet, and a power ceiling fan. The second and third bedrooms on the lower level each have a queen bed, lively color finishing, and a separate door leading to an outdoor covered patio with beautiful beach views. The beds sleep 6 guests (one more guest welcome with airbed, max 7).

The kitchen on the upper floor connects directly to an open patio with lots of seating and unobstructed Sea of Cortez views, fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cutlery, and glasses, with a kitchen island featuring an embedded sink. There are two living rooms — one on each floor (downstairs media room with suede green couches, center table, carpet, and flat-screen TV; upstairs living room with light-colored suede furniture close to a fireplace).

Maximum occupancy is 7 guests with 6 pool passes only (children 12 and under free).

Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in this resort (exception for race teams during Baja 250).

Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
