Condo 71-2 is a fabulous San Felipe Vacation Rental overlooking the gentle Sea of Cortez, ideal for 6 guests.

This two-floor condo features two master bedrooms — the first with a king bed, the second with two queen beds. The upstairs master bedroom patio facing the beach has seating that is a favorite for watching San Felipe's marvelous sunrise and sunset, or just enjoying beach views with a nearby margarita. Furnished with comfort in mind, the condo boasts a cozy cream-colored living room couch and sofa, beautiful wall decor, high ceilings, and high French windows for lots of light, plus a satellite TV hookup.

The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, toaster, and coffee maker. A laundry room with washer and dryer is included. Located in the gated resort of El Dorado Ranch, you have access to the private beach steps away, as well as swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle courts, and restaurants. An attached two-car garage provides plenty of storage. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests with 4 pool passes only (children 12 and under free).

Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar (exception for race teams).

Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
