The home features a classic Mission-style exterior with a soft tan finish, tiled roof, and stone accents. A private driveway offers plenty of parking, and the front yard is landscaped with native plants.

The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living room featuring beautifully tiled floors with custom etched designs, a flat screen TV, and a plush wraparound sofa. Soaring ceilings give the space a light and airy feel, and the layout flows naturally into the kitchen and dining areas. A stunning spiral staircase connects the ground floor to the second level.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. It includes all the dishes, flatware, a blender, knife set, and coffee maker you'll need. A formal dining table seats six, and the kitchen counter doubles as a snack bar with three high-top chairs.

Master Suite (second floor): A California King bed, private balcony access, classic wood furniture, and warm decor make this a true retreat. The en-suite bathroom includes double sinks, a deep jetted tub, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and plush towels.

Pool Access: Six pool passes are provided for this rental. Children under 12 do not need a pass. Pool passes are issued directly by the resort office, which closes at 4:30pm. If you arrive after 4:30pm, pool access will be available the following day.

BBQ: Due to fire safety rules, BBQs are not permitted at the condo. A designated BBQ area is available about a 10-minute walk away, or you can use the BBQ service at the on-site Pavilion restaurant.

Good to Know
- Check-in time is 3:00pm – 8:00pm. A $25 late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 8:00pm.
- No off-road vehicles are permitted within the community. Exception made for those participating in events like the Baja 250.
- Monthly rentals are available at a discounted rate. For monthly stays, utilities (electricity, propane, water, and internet) are billed separately.
