Condo 9-2 is a stunningly beautiful San Felipe Vacation Rental located in El Dorado Ranch, available for both short and long-term rental. This two-bedroom condo is located next to one of three swimming pools you will have access to during your stay. The rental is fully furnished with clean linens and towels provided.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental features two levels with a master bedroom suite on each floor. The ground floor master bedroom has a king-size bed plus a bathroom with a shower, while the second-floor bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower and bonus tub. Queen beds, one in each room, sleep 6 guests. Free high-speed internet is standard in this unit — so bring your iPads, laptop, or other internet-ready devices and share your memorable San Felipe experiences with friends back home.

The kitchen has all the utensils for preparing meals — note that guests provide their own seasoning. If you forget to bring this, no problem, simply head into town and shop at one of numerous grocery stores along Chetumal Boulevard. Secured parking is available for guests courtesy of the attached two-car garage.

Please note: This resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger. Eight BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos, about a 10-minute walk away. Another option is to use the BBQ service of the on-site Pavilion restaurant.

The resort office issues pool passes between 8AM and 5PM daily. If you plan to use the swimming pool on your arrival date, please arrive by 4:30PM. After the resort office closes, you will need to wait until the following morning to get your pool pass and use the pool.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. This rental comes with 4 pool passes only. If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool. Children 12 years and under do not need a pool pass. A $100 security deposit (not included in rental amount) is required on arrival and is refundable upon departure pending no damage. Monthly rentals available — utilities are additional with a utility security deposit required. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
