Located in the most desired San Felipe resort — El Dorado Ranch — this luxury accommodation is built and furnished to cater to your every need while on vacation. Once you come in through the front door, you're immediately struck by the masterfully designed split-level construction with high ceilings, creating a palatial feel. A short flight of steps takes you downstairs to the first living room with a comfy black L-shaped leather sectional sofa, coffee table, and TV with satellite hookup. This living room has direct access to a two-car garage and a poolside patio.

Head upstairs to find a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, toaster, coffee maker, ice-maker, cookware, kitchen island with bar stools, and a dining table with seating for six. A second living room, beautifully decorated with a cream-colored leather sofa and center table, features a contemporary gas-fired fireplace. The second-floor outdoor patio overlooks the semi-private pool — one of three swimming pools available for your use, plus access to the private beach. There is patio seating and an outdoor fireplace designed to look like a traditional chimney.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed, nightstands, reading lamps, dresser, modern art decor, patio access, walk-in closet, shower, and tub. Two more bedrooms are on the first floor: guest room one has two twin beds, guest room two has a queen bed. The bedrooms comfortably sleep six guests.

Note: 8 adults allowed — resort issues 6 pool passes only. Children 12 and under do not need a pool pass. The resort office issues pool passes between 8AM and 5PM daily. If you plan to use the swimming pool on your arrival date, please arrive by 4:30PM. This resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger. BBQ stands have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos, about a 10-minute walk away. A $100 security deposit (not included in rental amount) is required on arrival and is refundable upon departure pending no damage.
