The Star of the Sea , a model home, has all the little extra decorator appointments and upgrades! Enter into this beauty through the sweeping spiral stairs and the open concept living and dining areas . Additional eating bar and upgraded granite and high end  kitchen also opens to living area and is perfect for, relaxation and socializing while whipping up your favorite vacation breakfast or dinner either from the kitchen or on the beach patio.

With 3 spacious master suites, 1 Cal King and 2 queens there is comfort and privacy enough for your entire group.

Washer/Dryer only for long term renter use.

Check-in time is 3PM - 8PM. After 8PM, there's an additional $25 check-in fee.  Please arrive before 8PM to avoid this fee.

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. Utilites include internet, electricity, water and propane.

OFFROAD Bikes/ATVs
No off bikes/ATVs are allowed in this community - unless you are particpaitng in a race like Baja250.  Please check with us if you're not clear. 

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day. This rental comes with 6 adult pool passes only. There is no option to get more passes.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

This condo offers its guests a hot tub. The front desk is open around the clock.

This San Felipe condo is smoke free.
