Condo 35-3 (Condo Gilbert) is a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath split-level San Felipe Vacation Rental in La Ventana Del Mar, the largest premiere development in San Felipe with 24-hour security. Upstairs, you will find a fully stocked chef's kitchen opening to a huge patio overlooking the Las Caras de Mexico Golf Course with a BBQ for entertaining. Also upstairs is a big master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a luxury bathroom, plus a living room with a flat-screen TV and fireplace.

Two more bedrooms are on the lower level — one with a queen bed and one with bunk queen beds — both opening to a shared covered patio. A second living room is on the lower level. Guests have access to an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, restaurants, horseshoes, pickleball, walking/jogging trails, ATV access, the La Palapa Club pool and hot tub, and a private beach perfect for bonfires and sunset views. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests with 6 pool passes only (children 12 and under free).

Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:00PM — arrive after 4:00PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar (exception for race teams). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
