Huge Family? 5 bedroom sleeps 16 with private pool home!!

This is a beautiful 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms house, 2 level home with  2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 living rooms with appliances ,central air condition,  washer/ dryer,and a beautiful newly installed swimming pool for your delight. 
As you walking up to the house you will notice the huge gate for secure parking. Huge patio with a fire pit and BBQ and mini stove.
Entering the home you will find the first living room with a huge Tv, and the dinning area and first kitchen, and 3 bedrooms all located on the first floor.

Up a flight of stairs you will find your self with the second kitchen and second living room, space for the whole family. 2 more bedrooms are located on the second level, The home has enough beds to Sleep up to 16 guests!! The second living room has access to a middle patio deck that has its furniture to enjoy meals in the open and a top view of the pool, Also there is a hammock and a ping pong table.

A flight of stairs next to the house leads to the middle deck from the front patio, which also leads to a 3 level deck which has seating for 4 with an incredible view of the beach and the surrounding area.

Must Bring your own TOWELS!!!

NOTE: Owner lives on-site in apartment. You will have exclusive use to swimming pool.

One set of keys for 8 people

We basically had to be joined at the hip as we were only given one set of keys...for a property that sleeps 16. There is only parking for 2 cars, so not seeing how 16 would ever work, however. Otherwise, the house was comfortable, vrbo-baja quirky but very pleasant. It is about a mile from the beach, which was disappointing.

Not up to VRBO standards.

True to the listing, this property was big enough for a crowd, but the interior and exterior were very shabby, dirty and run down. The outside space was littered with cigarette butts, beer caps and I even found an empty beer bottle in the weeds. There were empty broken pots, loads of horribly dirty plastic plants. The 3 bathrooms all had issues. One had a broken handle and broken tank, one had a leak under the sink, one was clogged. The manager did send someone out to fix that. The kitchen is in major disarray, walls were dirty, lamp shades and pictures were dirty and askew, the master bedroom carpet was stained with major dust behind the bed. We really enjoyed San Felipe, the pool at the residence, and the large gated yard, but this property needs some work before we consider renting it again.

HELLO I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOME TO STAY ..IS BEAUTIFUL INSIDE,THE PHOTOS THEY HAVE DOSEN'T REALLY DESCRIBE THE BEAUTIFUL OF THE HOUSE, THE ROOMS ARE LOVELY AND BIG..THE KITCHEN IS BIG FOR PEOPLE WHO LIKE TO COOK IN THEY TRIP. AND THE PORCH IS NICE IS VERY SECURE AND YOU HAVE THE PRIVILEGE TO HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVATE BEACH.THEY HAVE A LOT OF SPACE FOR CARS AND GATED..THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN..IF YOU HAVE A LARGE FAMILIE YOU WILL LOVE THIS HOME ..
