San Felipe Beach Rental Condo 71-2

Overlooking the gentle Sea of Cortez, this fabulous two bedroom two bath San Felipe beachfront condo is an amazing vacation home ideal for 6 guests. There are two master bedrooms, the first comes with a king bed, and the second master bedroom has two queen beds. The upstairs master bedroom patio facing the beach has seating that is a favorite with guests who wish to watch San Felipe`s marvelous Sunrise and Sunset, or just enjoy the beach views with a nearby Margarita.

Furnished with comfort in mind, this two floor rental boasts cozy cream colored living room couch and sofa, beautiful wall decor, high ceilings and high French windows to allow for lots of light. To catch up on the news and your favorite TV programs, there is a Satellite TV hookup.

The kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances including microwave, dish washer, refrigerator with ice-maker, toaster, coffee maker and lots more. There is even a laundry room with washer and dryer for our long term rentals.

Located in the gated resort of El Dorado Ranch, you will not just have access to the private beach steps from this vacation home, but this this accommodation comes with access to swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle courts and restaurants.

An attached two car garage provides plenty of storage for your vehicle and other toys you may bring with you on vacation in San Felipe.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

Check-in time:  3PM - 8PM.  We close at 8PM.  After 8PM there is a late check-in fee of $25.00

Maximum occupancy 6 guests. (this includes children and adults)
This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

NOTE:  Off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side, or rent in another community in which we have a homes that permits off-road vehichles. Exception is made for racers taken part in races like Baja250 and Norra.
