Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Hotel looked great upon arrival. After check in we noticed the phone inside the room was not working. Next no Internet wifi was available. Contacted front desk which brought a portable wifi unit which also did not work. Front desk tried to double charge us at check in. Next we went to the hotel cafa, only to learn more then half the items listed on menu were not available. The roof side pool was closed due to green water because they did not have chemicals onsite to treat it. Finally, the staff has to turn on the water fall each day and also comes around 6pm to shut it off. My wife and I were very disappointed. The items they share on the website were not available or not operational when we stayed.
