Clean and very modern hotel with a parking lot which is rare in San Pancho. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Agua de luna is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooftop is the perfect spot to have a morning coffee or evening drink. The pool on the main floor does not get much sun, so if you prefer pool to the beach I would consider that. The location is great, near coffee shops and yoga studios and the market. Only a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend Agua de Luna to anyone going to San Pancho

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, and a gorgeous rooftop where we hung out a lot. It was in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants but enough away from it all that it was very peaceful and quiet. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would consider returning again.

Booked last fall & got the worst room, beside the cafe. Coffee beans being grinded etc.not the room I wanted. Was told I should have phoned them personally. The room was nice though.

The property was very elegant and beautiful and the staff inviting and helpful. We really appreciated the big parking lot next to the building and the short walk to dining, shopping and beach. There was no breakfast or restaurant but room service was offered. We just enjoyed walking around the neighborhood looking for interesting restaurants.

I loved, loved this hotel and will return if possible! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating! . The property is beautiful and as it appears on the website.. The front desk staff was very helpful. There is a wonderful coffee shop with modern atmosphere and great food. I had an issue with lack of hot water in the shower. They gave me another room ; so nice! The roof top area is perfect for relaxation and soaking pools. There is even a cook top to prepare food if you want. I actually cried when I had to leave:)

Showing some wear; no longer adults only

Initially a really nice stay at Agua de Luna, but the hotel is definitely showing signs of wear over time and some questionable design elements. A few things that irked us for the price: -All linens had stains or tears on them. From towels to sheets to bathmats. Nothing was clean -Minibar was never refilled -Rental bikes were very broken. Gears not shifting, missing handlebars and basically unrideable -Never skimmed the pool, broken tiles everywhere - Patio had iguana poop on it daily - Shower leaked water and didnt drain properly - Windows needed recaulking; on a rainy day visible water ran into the room! Our biggest annoyance was its a small hotel and when we booked were told in advance that the hotel was ADULTS ONLY. This was included in the title and in our whatsapp booking. So, we were looking forward to a quiet night, romantic time. When we arrived supposedly that was no longer the case and had the mispleasure of sharing the pool with two screaming kids constantly. No one from the hotel thought to inform us and honestly probably would have been a dealbreaker given how it impacted our stay. Hotel offered daily beach towels which was nice though and the staff did try and assist when possible, but this place is getting run down fast. Would not return for the price.

The property is gorgeous and very peaceful. I love that it is within walking distance to almost everything. Definitely have to try the tacos near the park in that street after 6 pm. They’re the best. The locals are amazing and friendly. I loved the jacuzzi and the way the bedrooms looked
