I like the rooms at the Aloft, however, the entire trip has been jaundiced by the fact that I have two sets of charges for the room overnight. I have a total of three charges. I get that one is for Parking and breakfast which is understandable. But I have two that are for the night stay, and when I try to talk to someone about the specifics about my bill. It goes to voicemail, and surprise that extensions voicemail if full. We are all being played by these companies. Disgusting practices. Never again will I stay at a Marriott.
