Very disappointing. We waited at the airport for over 1 hour, from 10-11 pm, gave up and caught a taxi. The shuttle stopped at 10pm but we didn’t get that notification until AFTER we had checked in. The bus is a shared one but doesn’t have the hotel name on the side. We rang the hotel but the phone rang out. NOT HAPPY!

Check-in was pleasant. We were given top floor room immediately upon request. Problem was, Bathroom sink was totally off position and washing hands will spill water all over the counter. Toilet flush doesn’t flush all the way. Everything else was excellent.
