The room was charming, warm, and cozy—I had a very comfortable night there. The staff were exceptionally kind, even more so than at other hotels I’ve stayed at. Very clean, great attached cafe, great laundry room, safe parking, helpful staff, beautiful lobby. Only downside is that it is on the edge of SF's redlight district called "The Tenderloin". Some of the nonsense spills over to this area but it's manageable.

Parking lot was full at check in so had to park off-site.. Plan on finding parking near by and hope your car doesn't get broken into.. or see if they allow you to pre-pay for parking which I don't think they do.. room was clean staff was polite we were next to a loud room full of people and there was construction all night on the street so didn't get much sleep. Most likely will not stay here again as I only made the reservation because it said there was onsite parking, but they don't have enough spaces for their guests.
