The standout features of my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton were the prompt and friendly customer service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the beautifully decorated lobby. Hotel was good overall. Front desk staff were very helpful. Easy for guests to misread booking so Hilton needs to make it clear that there are two Hilton Hotels within 500 yards. One is a Double Tree Hilton but easy to make a mistake when taking the airport shuttle. Breakfast buffet was not good value for money, scrambled eggs, link sausages and potatoes were not kept warm. Simple reason, they use deep pans so food on top gets cold quickly. Obviously very convenient to SFO with reliable frequent shuttle.

This is for only 37 North - the hotel restaurant. They don't answer the phone, they advertise room service which isn't available, their recorded message when calling states they are accepting reservations for thanksgiving - it was dec 15th, their menu is deceptive at best - Listing Impossible Burger $26. It's not an Impossible Burger - it was an inexpensive frozen patty. They get around this complaint by adding quotes around Impossioble
