Not well-lit . . .there was more light in the bathroom area than near the bed for reading. In coming in the door, there is one switch which lights the light right at the entry way, but didn't light any of the lamps in the unit. Couldn't find any switch in the dark. Had to find my way across the room to get to a lamp in the corner and then try to find the on/off switch. Shower - only 1 grab bar on the far side of the shower. faucet handle . . no indication of hot/cold setting; because it took quite a while for the water to get to the 3rd floor unit, it took quite a while/bit of experimenting to test if the hot water was on. A/C - n/a, bar - n/a

Very nice hotel. Room is very clean, well kept and all the receptionist are very helpful, nice and always have smile that says we are here happy to assist you. Worth every $. If we visit San Francisco for sure we will stay in this hotel again. Their complementary cookies are the best. And this hotel is close to the San Francisco airport with a shuttle hotel/airport pick-up.
