This is a fine place for a short business trip. Lack of double glazing meant there was a lot of traffic noise at night, and fairly thin walls added to the noise from elsewhere. Bed was v comfortable and the room neat, tidy and refurbished although the bathroom was a little dated. Nice to have a microwave, access to a kettle would have been good. Lift not working

Could barely walk through the front lobby because other guests had their suitcases unpacked with clothes everywhere. Bathroom had hair on the floor and the toilet. Good shower though. Hard to fall asleep due to traffic and singing next door. I had a stranger walk into my room when I was completely naked. The management said they “forgot” to deactivate his key.

Such a great property! Staff was helpful and attentive. Rooms smelled good upon entering and we could tell they cleaned it well. There is no elevator, however. The stairs with the luggage was rough, but the staff offered to help.

The parking is not user friendly. The entrance area to the room needs remodeling. They continue to clean an unclean looking area. The room is holding up with the last remodeling. The shower curtain had mold on it.
