The hotel is well-maintained, (mostly) clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The reason I did not give my stay five stars is due to two concerns. First, upon arriving in my room, I noticed several hairs scattered around the shower floor and walls. While I understand that hair can sometimes be difficult to clean, the amount made it feel as though the cleaning was rushed rather than thorough, which was a bit off-putting. Second, while the staff is kind and provides excellent customer service, they appear to be short-staffed. On multiple occasions, my calls to the front desk went unanswered. Once, I had to go down to the lobby myself, where I found only one agent handling a line of guests checking in. That said, this hotel does have a lot of positives: the property is well-kept, the facilities are clean, free parking is provided, and the continental breakfast is a nice convenience. Overall, I would say this is a good place to stay, and I would consider returning in the future.

Perfect location, cleanliness and service

Best hotel I have stayed in in the bay area. Clean, safe, excellent included breakfast, free parking. The location is midway in the bay area, so 20 to 30 mins drive to anywhere. In addition it is a 30 mins walk to Bridgepointe shopping center which has plenty of restaurants and shops.

Great property and incredible staff, upon check out I notice my car completely covered in ants from a bush that was touching the girl at the counter was very concerned and appreciative of me reporting it she grabbed her phone to take video so she could alert the management and take care of it. Very well done
