Our stay was brief. However, I left my phone charger, called about the charger and was told to call back. It was found, but NO CALL BACK when I asked to have it mailed to me. The housekeeper was new, she told me, and said she’d have to ask her manager. They never called back. Very frustrating!!

Convenient location, close enough to walk to/from Moscone Center. Plenty of dining options and interesting sites nearby. My king suite was well equipped for my virtual workday with huge windows (felt more like an apartment) and comfortable for sleeping. Others in my group complained of noise from outside, but my white noise app set to low was enough to drown all of that out.

The AC wasn’t working. It was an inconvenience for the workers to try and get it fixed. If we have to sleep with our windows open then at least put screens on. The area is too bc impacted. There’s no refrigerators, nor was our AC working. It was horrible!

Don’t stay on Saturday!

Okay, this looked like a great hotel and we were impressed when we got there. But at 10pm the Irish pub on the first floor had the live band start. For the next four hours we listened to U2 covers and other music that I’m sure was great if you were there in person. But when your family is trying to sleep it makes for a particularly bad experience. Finally, at two in the morning the band called it quits and we thought it was over, but then the fighting broke out and the police were called. They got it handled by around 3AM though and I got three hours of sleep eventually.

This is refurbished property steps away from the Powell Street cable car turnaround and close to the 38 bus top. The queen bed was comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly large for a refurbished building. The staff were very helpful and engaging. The complementary breakfast is standard Holiday Inn fare.
