It was just what I needed for a one-night stay! The room was spacious, clean, and had amenities I was looking for (i.e. a microwave, a fridge, and a coffee machine. The room was on the same floor where the complimentary continental breakfast was located. The breakfast itself was okay, wasn't a huge fan of the omelets and everything else was your generic gathering of breakfast items. The complimentary shuttle was also another factor and it was good (had to go to several other motels/hotels to pick up passengers) Overall, a good stay =)

We only stayed at this hotel for 1 night due to its proximity to the airport - which was so convenient! We left too early to enjoy the breakfast. The room was average. The decor and overall hotel look was dated. I had to ask the front desk for additional towels for my family (despite being included on the reservation) as well as soap so it seemed that housekeeping missed a few things. The front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel had underground parking which was also very convenient. For short stays or if you need to be close to the airport, this is an acceptable hotel.

The woman at the front desk was wonderful, helpful, and very pleasant. BUT I chose Aura for the shuttle bus service to and from SFO and the hotel. I called the hotel when I landed to request the shuttle and a woman said THERE WAS NO SHUTTLE and to take an Uber of taxi! I had to pay $35 to get to Aura, and found out they DO have a shuttle. I was very upset and wasted $35 due to inaccurate information. Why did this happen?
