Great place close to S F.

Very clean place , beds and pillows are very comfortable. they give you breakfast, people are very kind at check in, they also have free parking , it’s a quiet place close to San Francisco , we had been here 3 times with family and it’s the best option in the area .

They checked me in while I was still in flight. Hadn’t even landed in San Francisco yet charge my credit card when I had a pay at hotel. I was unable to make the booking but because they pre-checked me and they’re saying I stayed there. I have all the documentation showing that they booked me in before I even landed. They have no documentation of me signing anything and yet they will not give me a refund. They forged my credit card and I will plaster it everywhere. I have proof that the email came in at 8:19 that I was checked in. I was still in flight until 9:35 PM. They can’t give me any paperwork where they have my signature or what they seen for ID for me I have the booking that says I will pay at the hotel but they charged my credit card before the day.

Close to SFO for an overnight stay after a long flight home. They allow late check in but the shuttle service ended too early for us to be able to use so we had to pay for a rideshare service. The woman at reception was very friendly when we checked in and our room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. They serve a small but serviceable breakfast in the morning, which was nice since we still had a long drive home. Definitely recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Convenient enough, but not as convenient as I was hoping. Parking is limited. Farther from SFO than I hoped. Rooms nice, lots of outlets and amenities. Quiet inside. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Hotel is good for a layover, close to the airport, With free airports shuttle, but the shuttle didn't turn up to pick us up after nearly an hour wait. Rang up the hotel and was told to wait for another hour and a half, we ended up calling an uber to get to the hotel. The airport shuttle the next morning was ok and in in time.

Hotel Aura was a very stylish, clean, compact little hotel. The room & bed were comfortable. They also offer a Park, Sleep, & Fly service, so we were able to leave our car there while we went on our vacation. Our only complaint was that several of the rooms, ours included, were directly facing the lobby or breakfast area & we could hear the noise from those public spaces while we were trying to sleep.
