Very unique rooms, not your typical four walls and a bathroom. Parking is complicated but the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Next time the Dodgers play in San Francisco, I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel was clean bed was comfortable. A little noisy but not too bad. I only problem I have from the hotel was that after we came home somebody from the hotel has taken my credit card info and has been incurring charges on it. It is not a card I normally use other than for travel. When we checked in had to give card, normal, but since checking out I have since been charged over $250 on that card to other places. So beware!!!!! Somebody at the hotel is doing this!!!

First time here parking is very tight and 34.00 a night it looks like they might be remodeling there is NO AC in these rooms only a ceiling fan so when we walked in we noticed flies in the hallways the bed was comfy shower was decent the windows open fully with No screens lol luckily it was prettty cool in San Fran the area of the hotel is pretty sketch so do go out walking at night

The room I reserved was given to another guest so I had to share beds with family.. then they told me parking was on the house the next night they tried to charge me and asked if I can move my spot because they gave my spot to another guest.. employees had no clue what was going on there it was horrible

My wife and I stayed here expecting to park on site but was told the parking was full. We had to park approximately 10 minutes away for 40 dollars a night. Parking on site was apparently 34 dollars a night. Will not be staying here again

The room had a bad smell, bathroom window should have blinds or curtain, need a firm bed not to slide at the edge when you sit, homeless people in the neighborhood screaming at night and early morning, pool is too far to enjoy. Small shower space, no faucet in the bathroom very inconvenient. Limited dining options felt unsafe to go out at night. Good friendly staff, housekeeping prompt to clean, good tv channels, good wifi, lots of charging sockets, nice simple breakfast though the internet says you have to walk to a civic center (ridiculous)
