Myself and my husband stay at Hotel Nova last week while in San Francisco. From Kentucky. We enjoyed our stay. Mr. Patel and the rest of the staff were very friendly. The pictures they have on their website are exactly the same. The beds and rooms are very clean. I will stay there again next year when I come back to San Francisco. If you decide to stay here, be prepared to hear the sound of planes taking off and landing—even from inside your room. The noise is quite loud. The hotel doesn’t provide earplugs; they’ll simply remind you that it’s close to the airport and say, “This is the choice you made.”

Was surprised when an $8 nightly charge for parking was added to the bill . I have stayed in most of the hotels in the area and have never been charged by any other. There is no shortage of parking. The hotel should disclose this charge before you check in.

Worst bed ever

Everything was fine except..... The bed. It was literally a bed that is made of cardboard. Similar to a display bed in a store. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have EVER had at a hotel. I would never stay here again for this reason.
