Basic Room is very clean. Also has everything you need for an overnight stay.! Front desk staff very efficient and friendly. Was check-in very quickly and ensure free shuttle available for the return trip to the airport next day. No complaints. Lots of reastaurany available nearby within walking distance. My AC was very loud when it would come on and shut off. It was a loud buzzing sound. Also, I could not get “hot” water to shower. It was luke warm at best. I was traveling alone, I didn’t feel extremely safe. The place to get breakfast is almost a small hallway. Super crowded.

Walls are EXTREMELY thin. You hear EVERYTHING. People were yelling and running up and down the hall. TVs from other rooms were blasting. People upstairs were running and slamming things. The toilet must have had some feature where it doesn’t flush on the first attempt so you have to wait to flush it again for it to properly work. They provide room service every 2 days so we had trash bags collected under the sink. The complimentary “breakfast” was worse than what I can get at a gas station. Only one elevator to go upstairs and 2 stairwells on each opposite end of the building. Staff that checked me in asked the same questions over and over again like I was being investigated. The only staff member that was decent was the guy who I talked to as a left my key in the drop off box. Get what you pay for. Will not be booking again.
