My second stay at this hotel. Great location, safe, but not the safest area or the cleanest, but to be honest not many areas of SF are these days. The hotel is very cool, though the staff has always been very cold. I would stay again if they offered repeat costumer discounts.

There were zero VIP options given, wine, upgrade etc. The staff member who checked us in seemed a bit out of sorts. That said the hotel is excellent in decor, location and walkability. Great breakfast nearby at Pinecrest Diner. PLS downstairs had great drinks and happy hour specials.
