For the two of us the location was great, and the staff was very nice. For an ADA room there were no handicap grab bars in the bathroom, there was a jacuzzi bathtub that did not work, and was a hazard stepping over to get in shower without grab bars. The hot water in the shower turns to scalding hot without warning. The room does not have any luggage stands so you need to lay your suitcases on the floor, there are no lamps on the desk or on an odd dresser below the tv, only bright ceiling recessed lighting. You have to ask for a hair dryer at check in, and return it when you check out. These are not major issues and can be easily remedied by the owners. All in all we would stay again, basically do to the location and free parking.

Great place that was nearby clubs and dinner options. Tiny parking lot and might be better to leave your car and lyft/transit around as it is possible to lose your spot and have to deal w street parking. Staff was very friendly and were accommodating. Room itself was very clean and stocked. Does have a fridge and microwave. Will def stay here again as the price was cheaper than most and included a few more things like free parking, which is rare for SF. Thank you!

Mr. Mahiba went above and beyond to accomodate our early arrival! Our (immaculate) room was ready, and we were able to park in covered parking. Check in was speedy and trouble free. Great service.

Great stay definitely recommend

First time staying here and we will definitely be back. My son had brain surgery Emergent UCSF , we came in from Sacramento CA. I found the hotel while I was sitting in his pre-op room. I called and asked if we can check in early. The front desk manage (I believe); said yes and he had the room cleaned early for us. It was so quiet in the neighborhood. We will be back in a few months for his second surgery,and will be staying here again. Nice Management and staff.

Solid choice for quick overnights!

A bit dated on the outside, but the room was very clean and very comfortable. This is an excellent location in the city, and the value was excellent!
