When I checked in, the woman at reception (who was very nice) said that she would arrange a taxi to take me to the airport at 5:00am. Unfortunately, she didn't do that. The cab arrived at 5:30pm after they were called twice by the staff on the morning shift. That was very frustrating.

Garage was handy but a bit dirty (plus water on the floor near a drainpipe). Room itself was quite nice, including a small refrigerator with a separate freezer section. TV was rather small. Lighting was excellend and seating was very good.

They do not offer airport shuttle as advertised. The airport information desk even told me they did but they dont. It is really cheaper to stay somewhere else once you pay for uber or taxi from the airport and back.

The hotel & Expedia need to solve the problem of locating this hotel. GPS for the address delivers you directly to SFO. It can only be found by using the name, & the hotel is aware of this. Otherwise, it was clean & comfortable with a good breakfast. Staff great. Rooms are a old & furniture grungy. Grounds are lovely, parking great.

They promote begin an Airport Hotel with. FREE SHUTTLE... They DO NOT HAVE ANY SHUTTLE...! Costs $20 each direction for a taxi... The receiptist agreed they have told management to change the website but nothing gets done! I feel they should refund the extra cost.
