Our family has been living here for more than 10years. Safe and convenience location. Relax with the whole family at this private place to stay. Walking distance to Westlake shopping center. A nice furnished quiet backyard. 2 bedrooms with queen size bed in each room. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker (Free coffee), fridge and toaster. No cooking is allowed. Full bathroom with shower. No Party/No smoke, we have baby and young kid living here. Co-host by Superhost!

The Space:
This is a home that owner occupied the upper unit but you have your own entrance that owner wont bother you. There is a quiet backyard with furniture for you to enjoy the peaceful moment. Once a while owner may walk through the yard but they wont stay there. Owner is occupying the top unit and this is a studio with separate entrance. Luxury linens including bath towels, hand towel, wash towels & make up towels. We hire professional cleaners to change all sheets and sanitize.

Pet is welcome for approval and for $30 pet fee per pet per night.

Guest Access:
This unit has a parking on the driveway that you may access and use, but for 1 vehicle only. Also, We have self check in instruction with full video! However in case you are encountered of any problems, we are here to help!

Other Things to Note:
For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require a background check process through a secure website online for $49 fee.
We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests.

Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $100 per month ($150 for winter season) for long term stay. Pet is welcome for approval with a charge of $150/month maximum one pet only.

To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises.
