I enjoyed my stay with proper old school service. Breakfast room has gorgeous view on San Francisco skyline, they have a proper gym and fitness pool. Only minus is that wifi was terrible, proper wifi is a must have for a business traveller.

This was a unique hotel experience that I personally really enjoyed. Really cool Marine Corp artifacts and memorabilia throughout the property. The staff were fantastic. The restaurant/bar at the top was great - happy hour and breakfast included were such a nice touch. Note that the hotel itself is dated, but it didn't bother me. The value was on point.

This is an incredible value in SF. It's an older building in-town so the rooms aren't huge (but perfectly fine, clean and comfortable) and the bathrooms are small. But the place has tons of (good) character, history, and a fantastic gym/locker room (the pool was under maintenance when I was there but it's a great asset). And, terrific spot up top for dinner and wonderful breakfast. Loved this place, what a find, highly recommend.
