Had a great stay minus one of the doors going to the bathroom got stuck and I had to get rescued by the staff lol but it was no big deal. Very convenient place to stay and I was able to walk to get food and back. I’m from Seattle and it felt like I was in Seattle still. Staff was very helpful through text and responded back in a timely manner. I slept like a baby, put on my headphones and was gone with the wind. In the shower area there’s a changing section when you step into your shower, I wish it had like an extra bench so I can put my clean clothes instead I had to hang it over the door. Other than that I would stay here again definitely.

Poor maintenance. I was assigned to a room that I did not book. When I inquired about the change, the staff told me it was likely due to their effort to group guests traveling together, and I was mistakenly moved to another room. Unfortunately, all they could offer was a verbal apology, with no actual resolution. The room I was given—a 6-mix dorm—was not what I reserved, and had I known I would be placed there, I would not have booked this property at all. By the time I found out, it was already too late to find another place to stay, so I had no choice but to spend uncomfortable nights in a room I didn’t choose. This wasn’t my first time staying here, but this experience was drastically worse than previous visits. Half of the bathrooms were under maintenance, and the toilets constantly smelled of urine. I’ve stayed at almost every hostel in this area, and it’s really disappointing to see that the management here no longer lives up to its former standard. Poor management. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed—there was only one person handling the “front desk” (well… it’s not even a desk, literally just a small table 😂), trying to manage all bookings and guest issues alone.

I had to go for brunch with family until 2pm, so past the checkout time of 10am, but there was a storage option available until *10pm* the same day for no added fee, which was an incredible help. If that sounds like something you need, then I guess this would be the right place.

Overall nice, simple, clean facility. Shared bathroom/shower and kitchen area was tidy. I would like more than one towel and bed linen change per week as a standard practice. The comforter provided for the bed was more blanket-like.

I stayed on the private rooms floor, everything is new and super clean. There are 2 private rooms that are next to each other. They have a shared area for seats, storage. The room is just big enough for a bed. No windows, feels a bit like a space age pod. Very quiet, no noise from neighbors or street. It’s really for getting good sleep. Eat and socialize in the lounge or out the door!

The check-in process felt confusing and I had an issue with things falling from my bed on top down into the bed below / beneath the bunk bed where housekeeping cleans (including both my earbuds and my DMV learner's permit), but everything else was perfect. The rooms are very clean, the showers come complete with soap/shampoo dispensers, there's a very nice cafe right downstairs (as well as another one basically a block away, a coin laundry one block away, and a gourmet Chinese food place that's right on the same block as the cafe downstairs), and I never had any issues with anything else. I had accidentally made two reservations, and luckily enough I didn't have to swap beds or move everything out to check out and check in again.
