Excellent location, clean, comfortable quiet hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary weekend at this hotel. Staff helpful and pleasant. Made available a list of restaurants in walking distance, which was so helpful. Walking distance to Big Bus Tour, Macy’s, and Union Square Park. Loved our visit in San Francisco.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed

My stay was very pleasant - the bed was very comfortable, the room was relatively recently renovated (though I could do with a newer carpet, everything was clean and comfortable.) the staff was wonderfully friendly - I was greeted every time I walked in. The location was great - an easy walk to union square and Chinatown, with plenty of restaurant options near it. I would recommend!

Great location with comfortable spacious room and bed and friendly helpful staff. Public parking lot nearby at $46/night a relative bargain. Close to Union Square and Powell Street cable car at the corner. Good value.

Great location. Clean hotel. Comfy bed. The only downside was the view (or lack thereof) which wasn't a huge deal because we didn't spend much time in the room.
