Great location and not too far from BART, cable car. China town was super close (walkable). I felt safe walking around in the day time. Super clean room, helpful staff, comfy bed.

Sisters Get together visit. The hotel staff and service was excellent. I didn’t order room service but my sisters did and they loved it! My room was so nice and the bedding was especially comfortable with duvets and sheets so clean and soft. The mattress was very comfortable as well. Sometimes hard to come by! Very nice experience overall. I will definitely return!

I was staying for a family emergency on several occasions and have had nothing but great service. This time the staff helped with copying and printing many copies of legal documents, along with promptly dealing with a plugged toilet. Prompt and efficient response to everything we asked for. Location is nice because it's very close to Union square without being right in the busy throngs of tourists and other folks. Be OK with walking up a few steep blocks but it's not too bad. Surprisingly interesting choice of small bars in the neighborhood if you need to unwind.
