Messy Management

IF one can get past the inept unconcerned property management company and the really treacherous driveway the place itself was quite nice. The view is really superb and the overall place itself including the extra guest house were clean , quiet and well put together minus a broken lamp … the view is basically what makes the place and little details like dimmers and great washer and dryer and attention to little appointments in the kitchen… your challenge is getting past the unprofessionalism with the management company i.e. gave me the wrong code upon checkin took hours to reach and just nonchalantly gave me via email another what felt like oh oops and then after all that were frantically manically sending emails to insure I was checked out early … the management company doesn’t know the property very well or just don’t care blinds were an issue and until I threatened to get hotels.com involved was peeking out the first day or so through shuttered blinds … again property itself is nice and view is pretty good but …

Great Oceanside Property

This is a great property situated in a quiet hillside neighborhood with easy access to the surrounding beaches. The view from the house is hard to get tired of. The house was clean and the perfect size for our group.

Beautiful place. Excellent communication between you and host. Clear rules. House is very modern and clean. Driveway is a little challenge but everything about the house is nice. Amazing view. Thank you!

Le séjour a été parfait. La maison est très bien équipé il ne manque de rien le seul petit hic, c’est qu’il n’avait qu’une seule salle de bain sur la maison principale. Heureusement que la maison secondaire était équipé d’une salle de bain. Sinon tout s’est très bien passé.
