Family room was perfect for the 4 of us. Spacious and modern, warm, useful fridge and microwave. Clean and regularly serviced. Perfect location with added bonus of free parking.

This hotel experience was terrible. Check in is listed on the website at 3pm and we were told the room was not cleaned and ready for us when we arrived after 3pm. They gave us a room and then 2 hours later asked us to pack up and move to another room which was super inconvenient being that we had to move all of our stuff again. Next thing was that on the website it describes the room as a king bed deluxe room but does not tell you it’s ADA and the bathroom has no counter space for makeup, hair or hygiene products. You will have to keep everything in the room or on the floor. There was also not a full length mirror in the room we were given like the description on the site. Lastly all the staff are super rude and not fully trained. They blamed each other saying the other didn’t know because they are new. Staff member said to me in these exact words “You only paid 280$ for the room and you should be happy because you got it at a good price.” They were rude and not understanding. I would never stay there again because it was also not clean. The walls were dirty and floors were not cleaned well. My white socks were grey at the bottom after one night and I had to throw them away. Worst experience ever. I would never stay here again.

Room appeared recently refurbished and was very modern. Very happy with what we got for what we paid too. Location was perfect for us, 20 mins walk to Fisherman’s wharf area if that’s your thing, or $12 or so in an uber from Macy’s area too. Would certainly use again.

Housekeeping staff were amazing, super friendly and so helpful, rooms absolutely spotless, huge shower room in Rm 202 2nd floor, right next to elevator. Fab room as we had loads of cases & bags. Prime location, we actually walked to Ghiardelli square and Fisherman's Wharf from there, used Waymos quite a lot they were super fun 😁 The only con I have is for some unkown reason in San Francisco, folks like to roar about on motorbikes from about 7pm-12am ish and from our room, quite loud, absolutely no fault of the hotel and no other noise really from other traffic. I always use earplugs anyway so didnt really bother me. Would definitely stay here again, fantastic value for money... 👏 👍 👌

The hotel had (limited) free parking which is what initially caught my eye when looking for a place in the area. The gentleman working the night of our reservation called prior to our arrival as we were a little late coming in, to make sure we could get a space, which we did. He was very friendly when we checked-in. Our room was on the second level so we appreciated the elevator, even though we were warned it was older and may be a little slow, as we had quite a bit of luggage. It was fine by the way. The room was nicely renovated and very clean. Even though the hotel is off of a busy street, I’d say traffic noise was very minimal. Overall, I would say this is a great choice for a stopover during our trip.
