Nice suite with enough amenities of home. Good size fridge and just enough kitchen space. The bed was comfortable and so was the sofa. The only thing that was a negative was that I was awakened in the middle of the night by someone’s dog. (This is a pet friendly place.) I didn’t think about hearing someone’s dog screaming and whining.

Very clean rooms, we had two, both very nice. Staff were great, took hotel van to the airport, very nice driver. Hotel is in a great spot, right on the water, the bay trail runs in back.
In back of the hotel, the bay trail is that path, bikers, runners, walkers, dog walkers.

Although interiors are renovated, the building itself is old. There is not much noiseproofing, you can hear everything (footsteps, tv, talking) going on upstairs. Also there is a loud train passing right behind the hotel every 5 minutes. Make sure you book the bayview rooms to avoid the train noise

Staff was courteous, room had several issues, slightly unclean, minor food stains on the wall, juice foil pouch under refrigerator, 1 USB terminal by side of bed Inop, Only 1 TV remote worked and required TV to be On in bedroom in order to access live USB to charge phones.

Such a beautiful view from my room! The check in was easy and the receptionist was kind. The only complaint with this hotel is that I was unable to lay in the bed and watch TV. The TV was mounted on a side wall and only tilted so far, making it unviewable. The breakfast was good, standard eggs, bacon, eggs, various breads, pancakes, cereals, juices and coffee. I will definitely stay here again

Room 236 was the Worst room I have ever stayed in...it was SO stink...there was evidence of water damage in one of the bathrooms (water stains and moldy looking ceiling) and I don't know if it leaked to the carpets but the room smelt like a STINK WET DOG.... no amount of Fabreez helped... the pots needs changing as they were warped and everything stuck to them - who doesn't use non stick these days, the dishwasher was NOT WASHING THE DISHES CLEAN!!.it's clearly an old and outdated machine.. I had to wash everything by hand after running the dishwasher 2 times...the duvet between the sheets was so dirty looking I really think they need to retire it and the pillows were so FLAT they were almost non existent....the carpet were frayed and smelt so bad...I pointed all these issues out to the staff as we checked out so I pray they rectify these issues. I am sorry but this is surly the last time I will ever stay at a Sonesta.
