Live in The Garden of Eden in an Urban Environment.

Fabulous north and east bay views, sunny, modern Furnished 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath private 2nd floor located in a landmark 2 unit, 3 story building 4 blocks from SF Bay on the north slope of Russian Hill. The private VRBO space is 1000 square feet. It has a large panoramic view living room, full view dining room, 2 bedrooms with queen and 2 twin pillow top beds, remodeled bathroom with jacuzzi bath, ultra modern remodeled kitchen. Double Pane soundproof windows. Cable TV, DVD,WiFi available. Large outdoor north facing Alcatraz view deck (25ft x 8 ft). Access to large back yard and beautiful garden.

Note: This private VRBO space is part of the owners living space when not used as a VRBO short term rental space.

1 indoor garage car parking available for additional charge.

Weather permitting, a flock of the 'Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill' stops by at 3pm every day.

Additional Disclosures:
The view is great because of the 45 steps you will need to climb from the street. There is also a step up jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Also there are a couple of cats, raccoons, skunks, and parrots that make the rounds outside the property, just in case you have severe allergies to animals. No pets/animals have been allowed in the rental unit, so it has always been pet/animal free. However if you have severe allergies to cats, you SHOULD NOT stay here!

The unit is cleaned on a basic cleaning (not Clean Freak) standard before arrival of guests. If you are a "Clean Freak white glove inspection” type who likes to look for flaws in the unit and not disclose them to me within 24 hours of arrival so I can correct any issues, and rather disclose such issues 1 week later to satisfy your desire to be an “internet critic” or try to extract a subsequent discount on the daily rate, then please DO NOT stay here.

I loved our stay here, and if/when I come back to the Bay Area I would absolutely stay here again. Robert was such a helpful and kind host; he made sure we had everything we needed and genuinely wanted us to have a nice stay. We travelled with our 2 kids, 6 and 8, so there were 4 of us total. I was very diligent in making sure we stayed in a safe location and this place absolutely delivered. The beds were soft and comfy and the location is fantastic- it’s very walkable and easy for delivery drivers to find.This is a nice historic San Francisco apartment; I’ve visited relatives in similarly historic buildings and this was a very authentic Bay Area experience. I’m so very grateful for the wonderful and safe experience with my kids, who now have great memories of city life!I also want to note that there is a full kitchen, plenty of towels, blankets, and everything to make the stay cozy.

Rob provided a pretty good description of this place. Be sure to read the description and what it doesn’t provide as Rob has detailed. The low-rating reviews are quite spot-on. As far as cleanliness, read those reviews…Laundry detergent used on towels and linens were so strong-smelling, it was not pleasant. Close to many attractions is the highlight of this place along with the nice view.

Robert was a great host. The apartment is in an amazing location close to Ghirardelli Square and Pier 39. The couch in the living room is very comfortable and the kitchen is well outfitted. Only downside is the master bedroom mattress is very soft and not comfortable if you prefer more firmness.

Unbelievable location! Within easy walking distance to Pier 39, bay cruises, Hop On Hop Off bus stops and trolley cars. The host bent over backwards to help us out when we left some items behind!

When we arrived at the apartment straight away the smell of cat pee welcomed us, robbert wasn't there, Laurie showed us around, the stairs to the apartment is rotten, also the balcony its not a safe place, the carpet is full with marks of cat pee, we never stayed there but went to a hotel near pier 39

Amazing location and amazing views! My kids loved the ‘secret garden’ and the cats. The flat was well located for all the things we wanted to do. The place has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Robert was a welcoming host and checked in to see if we needed anything. The decor is a little dated, but it doesn’t matter because you will be looking out the windows all the time. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great view

Convenient location and great views from LR/DR kitchen and nice balcony with tables & chairs & a sofa. Trader Joe’s & Walgreens short walk. The owner was responsive & easy to work with. There are a fair amount of steps, and the street is hilly—it’s San Francisco, so if not up for 4 flights, probably not for you.

Location was nice but that’s the only thing. Rob has no business being in hospitality. He came into the rental while we were out everyday. There are clearly domestic violence issues going on. It made it very uncomfortable
