Pros:-Great location, walking distance to downtown-Spacious -Every room had its own private bathroom-Washer Dryer on Site -Garage to park your carCons-Broken Furniture-Dirty stained rug in living room-Thin Walls, you can hear the people downstairs-Furniture and Bedding Flimsy/Cheap-Host responsiveness on average took hours, twice I got a response within 10mins, but each time it just said something on the lines of “I will check” and never followed up-Bathroom amenities, thin towels, we had 3 bathrooms and in total when we arrived we were provided 1.5 rolls of toilet papers-One of the bathrooms, when you turned on the water, it was yellow colored for the first 10-15 secs of the water runningMy family and I have stayed in multiple rental homes these past 3 months, and this was by far the most frustrating experience we have had. For the price that we paid (Super Bowl Weekend), it was not worth it. Overall, we would not book this place again because the lack of responsiveness and accountability from the host made it feel like they didn’t care about their guests.

The location is good! Easy to walk to Grand Ave for coffee, shops and restaurants; also easy to walk to Sign Hill. Having a w/d as well as garaged parking space was a huge plus. Home is spacious, gets great sunlight and offers views!In order to earn a 5-star rating I'd need higher quality finishes. For example, bedding is cheap and flimsy (I am so glad I live nearby and was able to bring my own comforter and pillows), towels are thin and minimal, all furniture in the home and items in the large kitchen are cheapest and of the lowest quality.

Beautiful and well-located

The property is spacious and attractive with many lovely updates and modern amenities, the kitchen and bathrooms are all well-equipt with deluxe high-end fixtures. also great location that is in a quiet family neighborhood walking distance to many restaurants and other businesses. We spent two weeks there for a family gathering, and we felt very safe there. Also management was always friendly and quick to respond to any concerns.My only disappointment was that the property has a downstairs apartment and sound travels freely into the smaller upstairs bedroom, and although the house rules are that quiet time is after 10 PM, the downstairs guests were not always able to comply. To be fair it was not every night, and the management did speak to them several times, which did help, but then it would happen again. I am confident they will get the problem resolved.Despite these things I think we were lucky to find such a spacious and well-located home, and I felt the price was reasonable considering all the positive attributes.
