The property was a little dated but it was obvious an effort was made to keep space clean and comfortable. The bed was ridiculously comfortable and the room had everything we needed, plus it was very close to the airport.

The front desk upon checking in was rude and immature. There was a mix up with the name checking in and she was almost accusatory to my boyfriend. Then when getting in the room and needing to use the sink later that night, it was clogged and had molded tape circling the entire pipe underneath. Other wise the stay was fine.

The property listed is all that it was said to be. Room was clean and the towels/soaps replenished daily. The continental breakfast offered a variety of foods.. to go and option to eat there. I enjoyed my stay there, it felt safe and staff was pleasant.

The hotel room itself was just okay. A little worn out but clean. However, I was given a room on the west side of the hotel facing El Camino Real, a 6-lane main road. The traffic noise is extremely loud in the room and very bothersome when trying to sleep. I requested a room on the residential facing east side, but none were available. I would not stay here again because of the traffic noise.

Lovely facility with easy parking. Beautiful room and comfy beds. Clean and and luxurious. Noise is minimal from the nearby airport.

Property is always very comfortable in a quiet safe area. We did have a little trouble with the internet - its very slow and therefore our TV experience was less than perfect. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.
