Sehr freundliches Personal und schönes Hotel. Leider war am Hausstrand etwas viel Mülll... auch im Wasser :-/. Aber jedrzeit wieder.

Poolbar war permanent geschlossen Schlechtes Internet (nur an der Reception einigermassen Empfang)!

Kein WiFi und nur philippinische TV-Kanäle

Pros: Der Infinity-Pool.
Cons: Ja. Feuern Sie das gesamte Personal im Kundenservice und stellen Sie kompetente Leute ein.
Bei unserem vorherigen Aufenthalt funktionierte das WiFi zwar nicht auf dem Zimmer, aber immerhin noch im Restaurantbereich. Mittlerweile geht auch das nicht mehr. WiFi gibt es nun nur noch in der Lobby, was in der großen Anlage fast 10 Minuten Fußweg bedeutet. Das Kabelfernsehen hatte nicht einen einzigen internationalen Kanal. Wahrscheinlich will man auch hier Kosten sparen.
