The house has WIFI internet access, a flat screen TV, DVD player, bluetooth audio system, Nespresso machine, etc.

An air-conditioned annex with independent access consists of a games room on the ground floor and upstairs a large bedroom with its bathroom equipped with walk-in shower.

The house has several outdoor living areas: The heated swimming pool (from May) of approximately 10 x 4 is surrounded by a large terrace furnished with sun loungers and a pool house with dining area and barbecue. Directly accessible from the living room and the kitchen, a south-facing terrace offers a 2nd dining area with pergola.

Rental conditions:
30% deposit and balance 30 days before arrival.
Deposit of 1500 euros to be returned on the day of arrival.
Compulsory cleaning at the end of the stay of 200 euros to be paid on site. Possibility to rent linen possible at an additional cost.
The annex is open from July 1 to August 31. On request outside these periods.
