Nice and helpful owners. Excellent house layout for a family. Very private pool and yard. Great air conditioning in the bedrooms, it would be nice to have it in the common rooms. Poor internet access.

Quiet Rental in Small Village Near Maquis

Great villa in a quiet village just 15 mins north of Porto Vecchio. We were warmly greeted by Thierry, the owner, who remained available throughout our stay for any needs we might have. The house is great for 2 families, as each set of bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the house. We had one 3 yrd old with us who was very happy and safe. There is a large dining area in a roofed area between the two buildings. It was perfectly shaded for lunch and easy to access by all. The pool was clean and the pool area well furnished, with plenty of places to sit in the shade and sun, as well as great views of the maquis in the distance. The only negative was that the house wasn't within walking distance to any bakery or grocery store. Everything must be accessed by car, which in peak season can take a little bit longer than expected due to traffic. But overall, the villa was wonderful and everything was as represented or better. Thank you Thierry!

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in einer traumhaft schönen Unterkunft!

Wir verbrachten unseren 2wöchigen Sommerurlaub mit zwei vierköpfigen Familien in der Villa Mathilda. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Vermieter Thierry und Veronique kümmerten sich liebevoll um unsere Anliegen. Was wir nicht wussten war, dass 3 Katzen zum Haus gehören, die 2mal täglich gefüttert werden mussten. Für uns, besonders unsere Kinder überhaupt kein Problem! Ich denke nur an Allergiker. Alle Schlafräume waren klimatisiert und das ganze Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war zum Glück durch ein Tor abzuschließen und somit kindersicher! Wir würden die Villa Mathilda jederzeit weiterempfehlen! Es ist wirklich traumhaft schön dort!

Sehr schönes Haus, nette Mieter schönes Wetter. Was will man mehr ?

Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus Mathilda und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt etwa 10 Minuten von Porto Vecchio entfernt am Hang eines Berges. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem sehr gepflegten Garten der zum Pool führt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Mieter sind sehr freundlich und gehen auf sämtliche Wünsche ein. Wir können das Haus nur jedem empfehlen, der ein bisschen Ruhe dem Trubel vorzieht und dabei nicht auf etwas Qualität verzichten möchte. Auch für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal an die Mieter, wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Wir (2 Familien) hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen und gut ausgestatteten Haus. Die Bäckerei ist in direkter Nachbarschaft und zwei Restaurants zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Thierry hat uns viele tolle Tipps zu Stränden, Wanderungen und Restaurants gegeben.

Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich Der Garten ist sehr schön sehr groß mit Korkbäumen...für ein Botaniker ein Paradies. In der Nähe ein Bäcker, eine Pizzeria und ein sehr zu empfehlendes Fisch Restaurant, alles zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem Top Adresse. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Excellent séjour

La maison est très agréable, située dans un petit village au calme. Elle est à 10-15 minutes des commerces et des plages. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Thierry. Il nous a donné beaucoup de recommandations tout au long du séjour sur les activités aux environs. Nous y retournerons bien volontiers!

Sejour très agréable

Nous y avons séjourné à 6 adultes et 2 enfants : la maison est parfaite , grande , très agréable et les 4 salles de bains sont utiles . Très bien accueilli par les propriétaires, Véronique et Thierry , qui sont de très bons conseils pour les sites à decouvrir , les resto sympas et d'une tres grande gentillesse. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cet écrin de verdure. La maison est parfaitement conçue, chaque chambre à sa salle d'eau, plusieurs terrasses où s'installer en fonction du soleil. Hormis une météo capricieuse notre séjour c’est très bien passé dans cette très belle maison. Accueil chaleureux et maison confortable et très bien conçue. On a surtout apprécié une salle d’eau pour chaque chambre et plusieurs terrasses au milieu de la verdure ainsi que la piscine et le boulodrome.

Maison très agréable et bien configurée

La maison est très jolie et sa configuration est parfaite pour 2 familles avec enfants. Il n'y a pas de bbq, mais une très belle plancha. Attention à la consommation de gaz car la bouteille est minuscule! Globalement nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et les propriétaires sont charmants. Petits points négatifs : Aucun éclairage extérieur, donc la circulation dans le jardin est très délicate à cause des très nombreuses plantes trop envahissantes. Plusieurs ampoules HS dans la maison. Il n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce qu'il faut laisser une caution de 2000€ et que le ménage en fin de séjour coûte 150€. Le bruit des clim vieillissantes est un peu gênant pour dormir. Les verres sont petits. On aurait aimé prendre des apéros dans des verres plus grands.

Belle villa corse
