For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with flowers and trees. Private: swimming pool (9 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 2.3 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Poggibonsi" 20 km, sandy beach "Castiglioncello" 75 km. Golf course (27 hole) 30 km.
