Ruhe und Panorama, 100% Toskana

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Gute Lage für Ausflüge. Gepflegter Pool mit traumhaftem Ausblick in die Landschaft ebenso wie von den verschiedenen Terrassen. Gut geschnittene Wohnung im ortstypischen Ambiente mit zweckmäßig eingerichteter Küche. Internetverbindung z.T. instabil. Beschattungsmöglichkeiten der Fenster um Hitze abzuhalten könnten besser sein. Sehr netter Kontakt und hilfreiche Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren Anfang Oktober für 2 Wochen in der Toskana. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat unseren Vorstellungen und Ansprüchen voll entsprochen. Tolle Aussicht, sehr gepflegter Pool. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung/Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 2-3 km entfernt. Im nahen Naturpark kann man wunderbar wandern. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

prachtig plekje, zeer verouderd huisje

De locatie was schitterend, de beheerder zeer vriendelijk. Het huisje was via een zeer slecht pad te bereiken en vol achterstallig onderhoud. Schimmelplekken op de muren, oud en niet schoon. Na klachten over de hygiëne bood de beheerder aan de schoonmaakster nogmaals langs te laten komen. Daar moesten wij echter voor thuisblijven en de schoonmaakster sprak geen woord Engels, dus lastig duidelijk maken wat wij wilden. We hebben het maar gelaten voor wat het was.

Die Terassen und Pool sind sup...

Die Terassen und Pool sind super. Wir haben jede Malzeit auf der Terasse gegessen. Die Terasse vor dem Wohnzimmer ist am Vormittag im schatten und wieder am Abend. Sonst gibt es noch zwei Terassen. Die Wohnung ist nichts besonderes, aber die Betten sind gut. Geschirrspühler gibt es keines, obwohl es in der Beschreibung angeführt wurde. Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck gibt es genug. Und es gibt genug Kästen in der Küche um Essen und sonstiges unterzubringen. Das W–Lan hat in der Wohnung nicht immer und nicht gut funktioniert. Am Pool und vor der Wohnung hat es funktioniert. Reisetipps: Auf der Zufahrt muss man langsam fahren, aber dann ist man auf eine Hauptstrasse nur wenig km von San Gimignano. Tagsüber gibt es immer Stau durch San Gimignano und keine Parkplätze. Am Abend ist es einfach ein Parkplatz zu finden. Die Stimmung in San Gimignano ist wunderbar am Abend. Wir empfehlen ganz früh nach Volterra zu fahren, weil dann wird es ganz voll.

traumhafte, naturnahe störungs...

traumhafte, naturnahe störungsfreie Lage nur 4 km von San Gimignano mit 3 verchiedenen Terassen, großer Pool (den wir fast immer für uns allein hatten) und sehr guter Betreuung! Nachteile: das eine Schlafzimmer ist schwer zu kühlen, es fehlte die in der Beschreibung genannte Spülmaschine. Wir würden wieder hinfahren! Reisetipps: Florenz inder Hauptsaison meiden, aber Siena nicht verpassen!
