Beautiful independent villa with private (above-ground) pool created from the restoration of an ancient barn dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. This property, nestling deep among green hills, is situated a short distance away from the lovely medieval town of San Gimignano (4 km away) and is in easy access to the main art cities of the region such as Florence, Siena, Volterra.
The villa interiors are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant combination of modern-design furnishing and ancient materials.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable to any cars.
Distances: San Gimignano with general stores 4 km away, Poggibonsi with railway station 6 km, Volterra 30 km, Siena 45 km away, Florence (airport) 50 km, Lucca 90 km, Pisa (airport) 90 km, Arezzo 110 km, The Tuscan coastline area (Castiglioncello, Cecina) is within 80/90 km.
