Experience dreamlike Tuscany in “La Casa Rossa No. 3,” just a few minutes from the medieval center of San Gimignano, which is as famous for its centuries-old towers as it is for the Vernaccia wine produced there.
The apartment is located in a picturesque landscape of vineyards and olive groves, in a well-kept borgo with a beautiful large outdoor shared pool, not far from the “Riserva Naturale di Castelvecchio” nature reserve. It is the ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of San Gimignano, Florence, Siena, Volterra, the Chianti, and many other places in Tuscany.
“La Casa Rossa No. 3” is a cozy vacation apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, equipped with all modern comforts such as modern heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a high-quality kitchen with refrigerator, wine refrigerator, large gas hob, and Miele steam oven. There is also a private outdoor area with a large dining table under a shaded pergola and exclusive guest parking.
The apartment was lovingly renovated and completely refurbished in 2024. As many materials and products from the region as possible were used to minimize transport costs and strengthen the local economy. The natural stone comes from Rapolano, the kitchen furniture, beds, mattresses, chairs, and lamps were made by family businesses in nearby Poggibonsi and Colle di Val d'Elsa, and most of the furniture is vintage from Siena and Florence. The living room has a high-quality wood-burning stove that provides pleasant warmth in autumn and winter – because nothing is cosier than sitting in front of a crackling fire in the evening with a good glass of wine. The two bedrooms are furnished with large double beds in “German style” (180 cm*200 cm, each with a duvet and one large and one small pillow per person).
