The approximately 70 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, you'll find a porch with a stunning sea view, a table and chairs for 6 people, a barbecue area, sun loungers, and plenty of green space. The bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes, a mirror, and a desk; bed linens are included. Adjustable air conditioning is available in every room.
