Appartement très bien situé, dans un quartier calme, pour visiter la région

Notre hôte, Alessandro, est très sympathique et réactif. Très bonne communication avec lui pour notre arrivée, avec de bonnes explications. Sa belle sœur qui habite dans l'immeuble parle très bien français. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier sans intérêt (il n'y a rien à proximité, c'est un quartier résidentiel et la voiture est obligatoire). Par contre c'est un quartier très calme, et il y a un parking privé pour la voiture. Mais il est idéalement situé pour rayonner dans la région, car il est situé à 5 minutes de l'entrée de l'autoroute. Depuis cet appartement, on est 15 min du centre de Catane et des villages côtiers, 20 mn d'Acireale, 50 min de Taormine, de l'ETNA et de Syracuse. L'appartement est conforme à la description mais il n'y a qu'une salle de bain (mais il y a une autre pièce avec WC et lavabo). L'appartement sentait la fumée de cigarette (surtout dans la salle de bain) et cela nous a un peu gêné (mais c'est de notre faute nous n'avions pas demandé si l'appartement était non fumeur), et la propreté du réfrigérateur pourrait être améliorée. La terrasse est très grande et on voit très bien l'ETNA. La cuisine est bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Le lave linge est très appréciable, surtout que l’hôte laisse suffisamment du produit pour l'utiliser. Le grand salon et la chambre sont très propres et ont du être refaits récemment. Nous avons aussi apprécié qu'Alessandro nous ait laissé un gâteau à notre arrivée.
