New modern villas perfectly located in the quaint town of San Ignacio, Cayo, in walking distance to restaurants, local markets, Princess Casino, and Running W Steakhouse. Relax and refresh in your private plunge pool overlooking the Maya Mountains and the Valley of the Macal River. It`s a short 10 min drive to the Mayan Temple Xunantunich. Tikal and ATM Cave tours can be arranged by our property manager. Suzie`s villas are your home away from home for your next getaway or adventurous vacation.
Our villas were built to share the wonders of Belize`s jungles and rich Mayan culture. Each villa has 2 master suites with a private plunge pool. The views from the hilltop pool area are spectacular and you get to enjoy magnificent sunrises! These villas sit on an acre of land with plenty space for parking and a secure yard for kids to play safely. Actun Tunichil Muknal, also known locally as ATM, is a cave near San Ignacio, within less than one hour drive from the villas. This cave is notable for the Mayan archaeological site that includes skeletons, ceramics, and stoneware. It`s a MUST SEE!
Tikal - It is one of the largest archaeological sites and urban centers of the pre-Columbian Maya civilization. Tours from Belize leave daily and return the same day (approximately 1.5 hour drive from villas).
