Spacious two bedroom apartment in Los Miradores del Puerto, km 14 of La Manga.



The apartment is very ample, it has an independent kitchen with a big pantry and galley area, the large dining-living room with access onto a lovely terrace overlooking the community and the Marina.

It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom, with double bed, has its own private bathroom with bathtub and a private terrace with sea views, the second bedroom, with twin beds, has also beautiful views over the Marina, and there is a second bathroom with bathtub on the corridor.



The apartment is located on a 7th floor, which makes it quite cool, specially in the warmer months, anyway, in case it's needed, it has aircon units in both bedrooms and living room.

LOCATION:



The development, Los Miradores del Puerto, in the km 14, has got a large communal area with pádel court, garden and a lovely pool. Pool opens April 2023, closing dates to be confirmed.

Only 50 meters from the apartment there is a big supermarket (Spar) and in the area there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets...



Located around 10 minutes walking distance from the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a street market takes place every Saturday morning.

In this area, Tomás Maestre, there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and football courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...
