The apartment is situated at most twenty meters from the beach.

Only the communal swimming pool and the promenade separate the apartment from the beach.

It is located on the first floor and there is an elevator for going both from the ground floor upstairs and to the garage (-1).

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds measuring 90x190 cm. The room with the double bed has direct access to the bathroom.

There is free Wi-Fi and Internet, as well as all Spanish channels and TV-Vlaanderen.
Additionally, beach chairs and sunbeds, a parasol, bedding, and towels are provided free of charge.

However, there are NO beach towels available!

There is also a beach cart to transport the sunbeds and chairs to the beach if needed. In the storage compartment, there is a small hand brush to remove all sand from the beds and chairs after use.
Since the service of providing beach chairs free of charge is not included in the cleaning costs, 30 euros will be deducted if the chairs have not been cleaned of sand.
This last measure was added after I had to observe over the previous two years that some tenants neglect to do so, even though it is clearly indicated in the area where the chairs are located.
NEVER leave anything behind that you would not want to find in this condition yourself!

The kitchen is fully equipped with every possible comfort, such as a dishwasher, electric stove with oven, microwave oven, a standard coffee maker and a DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker, a modern Airfryer, toaster, egg cooker, water heater, etc.

There is air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as three ceiling fans in these areas.
There is a retractable awning on the terrace and also an extendable table!

A security deposit of 250 euros is required, payable no later than 10 days before arrival and to be transferred to the owner's account.

This deposit will be refunded no later than 10 days after departure, minus the 100 euros cleaning fee.

For bookings of less than five nights, a supplement of 50 euros is charged!

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.

This San Javier apartment is smoke free.
